A relaxed coastal renovation designed for year-round living.

The palette combines pale timber, warm white walls and soft blue-grey accents, with natural textures used throughout the furniture and window treatments.

The interiors are simple but not sparse, with enough variation in tone and material to keep the spaces feeling layered.

Casa Verde

New cabinetry, lighting and flooring were introduced throughout, while existing architectural details were repaired and retained. The kitchen became the main focus of the renovation, with additional storage, improved circulation and a more generous island creating a stronger connection to the adjoining dining room. Furniture and artwork were selected gradually to avoid the rooms feeling overly styled. The finished home has a more resolved flow while still feeling familiar and lived in.
